Outdoor Features

Waterscape offers an outstanding 10,000 square foot outdoor amenities complex. The split-level courtyard has multiple decks for sunseekers situated around the two swimming pools, with one of the pools offering a sloped/zero entry point. Ideal for families, there is also a wading pool with built-in water toys, and adjacent play area. There are gas grills located throughout the center courtyard, including a barbecue area conveniently located near the play area, allowing parents to watch their children while preparing a delightful grilled dinner.

Relax in the two hot tubs or take-in the view of the courtyard pavilion and its astounding 10' waterfall, which is reminiscent of a Caribbean rainforest. The incredible lagoon-style Lay-Z River can be enjoyed by all, floating in the sunshine on a water tube down the gently winding waterway, past the misting waterfall.

The Beach

Waterscape Beach Service Waterscape is a spectacular beachfront vacation property, boasting a private beach large enough to encompass four football fields. The 490 feet of beachfront has dune crossovers, freshwater showers, and foot washing stations. ResortQuest offers complimentary Beach Service in season, with the use of 2 Beach Chairs and an Umbrella (additional equipment is available for a fee)

Indoor Features

Waterscape Fitness Facilities The Waterscape Fitness Room comes with something you don't usually see at your average gymā€”a view of the Gulf of Mexico. With a selection of fitness equipment, from cardio to strength training, the Fitness Room provides an alternative to jogging on the beach or laps in the pool. Each cardio machine also offers an LCD screen, so fitness buffs can keep up on the news, weather and entertainment during their workout.

If you need to have a small party or meeting, arrange to use the small conference room complete with a kitchen, meeting tables & chairs, and a large screen television. For those traveling with families, kids will love checking out the lobby Game Room.
