Check-In Times

Guests staying at ResortQuest's Queen Esther may check in at 4pm. Check-out time is 10am. Guests must be 21 years or older with valid I.D. and a credit card to check in.

Hours of Operation

The hours of operation for the ResortQuest Check In location are:


Winter (Mid-December to April 1) | 8am to 8pm Daily
Spring Off-Season (April to mid-June) | 9am to 5pm M - F
Summer (mid-June to September 30) | 9am to 5pm M - F
Fall Off-Season (October to Mid-December) | 9am to 5pm M - F


After Hours Check-In

Silver Star Condos Hot TubIf you arrive outside of our normal business hours, there is a Security Lock Box where you can pick up your information. The security box is located just off the main ResortQuest entry on the main porch. Inside the Security Box, you will find an envelope with your name, keys and driving directions to nearby Queen Esther.

The combination for the Security Box will be sent with your final confirmation letter. Alternately, you can contact us by calling 800.401.9913, or via email at parkcityinfo@resortquest.com. Guests are required to return to the office the following day to complete check-in.

Driving Directions

From Salt Lake City or the Salt Lake International Airport

Follow exit signs to leave the airport.  The airport exit merges into I-80, go East following signs for Cheyenne.  Continue for several miles, and the I-80 will briefly merge with I-15 South in downtown Salt Lake City. Continue to follow signs for I-80 East, eventually exiting off I-15 towards Cheyenne. Continue on the I-80 approximately 20 miles East.

After coming over a long uphill grade, you will begin to descend and enter the Park City area.  Take the only exit marked for “Park City & Kimball Junction”. 

  • Turn Right off the exit, and continue approximately 6 miles into Park City
  • As the road slows to a 40 MPH zone, continue through nine stop lights
  • At the tenth stop light, turn Left onto Deer Valley Drive
  • Continue approximately 300 yards, look to your Left for a brown log building with a Frontier Bank and "ResortQuest" signage; turn Left into the driveway
  • The ResortQuest Park City Check-In Location is immediately on your left
