This ocean area home is close to the beach path and has no streets to cross to reach it! Guests enjoy such amenities as wireless internet access, hardwood flooring throughout the house, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, and much more. Covered parking and close proximity to the beach path give added value to this home. With four bedroom and four baths, this reverse floor plan home can accommodated up to ten guests.

FIRST FLOOR: The majority of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master suite offers a king bed, TV, sitting area, and a private bath with whirlpool tub and a separate shower. A second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and has its own TV with DVD/VCR. This bedroom has private bath (stall shower only). The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and shares access to the full hall bath.

SECOND FLOOR: The living areas are located on the second floor. The living room has such amenities as hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and three couches, for plenty of comfortable seating. A 42-inch flat screen LCD TV is mounted above the fireplace (sorry, not for guest use), and is connected with a DVD player. There is a stereo system and a wet bar, and a table for snacks or family game night which seats four. The living room also offers access to the furnished deck and screened porch. The deck includes a gas grill and dining area for four. The screened porch has rocking chairs and another table, so the whole family can eat outside where you can enjoy the music of the surf in the distance. The eat-in kitchen with granite counters and hardwood floors has a butcher block island with a prep sink and cook top. The dining table seats eight. Skylights bring in lots of natural light. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor. It is furnished with a queen bed, and features a vaulted ceiling, sitting area, and access to a full hall bath. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
