Watch the sun set over the mouth of the Edisto River! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping against the white sand beach. Savor morning coffee on the covered deck as pelicans and gulls fly low over the waves. Perhaps the afternoon will bring a pod of playful dolphins past the villa. Every day can hold a little bit of beach magic when you visit this first floor Pelican Watch villa. It has view of the Atlantic Ocean over the mouth of the Edisto River, with an uninhabited barrier island across the inlet, and the open ocean to the left. Features include recently updated beach-y decor, wireless internet access, unlimited long distance, two TVs, and a community boardwalk to the beach. Square Feet: 900

Ocean blue meets sunny yellow in the decor of the living room. A sleeper sofa offers additional bedding, and the entertainment center includes a TV with built-in VCR and DVD player. Sliding glass doors open to the covered deck, which includes a dining table for four, and steps that lead down to the community boardwalk. The dining area inside the villa will also seat four guests comfortably, and has a writing desk which can accommodate an extra guest. The galley kitchen is fully equipped, and has a pass-through to the dining area. A full hall bath services the living areas. The master suite has an extra-long swing-king bed, and includes a flat screen TV and a full private bath.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.

Just steps from the beach, the Pelican Watch villas offer comfortable accommodations only steps from the beach. This villa community located on a quiet beach offers one-bedroom villas, as well as a few custom two- and three-bedroom properties. Each Pelican Watch villa includes free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on a secured network that requires a password and provides network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
