This non-smoking home located behind the dunes at the tranquil Seabrook Island North Beach seems to have it all! Featuring 180-degree ocean views, hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout, Brazilian hardwood decks, a covered porch, gourmet kitchen, media room with surround sound, wireless internet, gas fireplace, elevator, private boardwalk to the beach, a 36-foot heated pool with fiber optic lighting system, outdoor hot tub on the pool deck, and a 3-car garage. With 6 bedrooms and 4 full and 3 half baths, this home accommodates up to 14 guests. Pool can be heated between October 8th and March 9th only, $700 per week...if needed, please request at the time of booking. Special Rates may be available to past weeklong guests in this home. FIRST FLOOR: After passing through the airy foyer, guests enter the spacious media room. This comfortably furnished area features a state-of-the-art ProScan TV and 5-disc CD/DVD player, and is wired for surround sound. The large glass-paneled doors open to the furnished back sun deck, where guests can enjoy swimming in the private, heated pool, or relaxing in the hot tub. The four first-floor bedrooms each have a private half bath and are connected to another bedroom by a shared shower area. A room with two twin beds and a TV/DVD is connected a room with a king bed and a TV/DVD. A third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and is connected to a room with two double beds and a TV/DVD.

SECOND FLOOR: Guests ascend the elegant spiral staircase to a wide foyer illuminated by a skylight. The adjoining main living room features a stunning ocean view. Guests can enjoy the flat-screen TV and 5-CD/DVD changer, which is wired for surround sound. There are books in the built-in bookshelves, a high tray ceiling, and a gas fireplace, as well as access to the furnished second floor sun deck. The deck offers incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, and has steps down to the pool area. The spacious gourmet kitchen features a 6-eye flat-top range located on the central counter (seats 2), and a beautiful dichotic tile backsplash, and is separated from the dining area by a wide breakfast bar. In addition, there is a wet bar with a mini-wine cooler and its own Fisher and Paykel dishwasher. The dining room (seats 10) adjoins a furnished screened porch (seats 6), which has fantastic ocean views and access to the sun deck. There are 2 Master suites! The first Master suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a private deck with access to the swimming pool area. The private bath has a whirlpool tub, separate stall shower, and double vanities. The second Master suite is also furnished with a king bed, and has a private bath with whirlpool tub, stall shower, and double vanity.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet service does not provide network security. It is not guaranteed to work with your equipment, and we cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests.
