This home, located within the Villages at Seabrook Island, has access to a picnic area, as well as access to the Seabrook Island Club and its amenities. This newly developed community offers a covered lagoon-side picnic area located across the main street (about 50 yards away), and is within close walking distance of the Equestrian Center and Tennis Center. This home is a bike ride from the beach or Bohicket Marina Village. Guests also enjoy high speed wireless internet access. This home has bedding for six but will allow up to eight guests.

FIRST FLOOR: The rocking chairs on the front porch invite you to sit a spell and enjoy the Southern hospitality of Seabrook Island. Upon entering this lovely home, guests find themselves in the open living area, which offers plenty of comfortable seating, as well as hardwood floors, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace. French doors lead to the furnished back deck, which has a table for two, and additional seating. The dining area can accommodate up to eight guests at the table, while the fully equipped kitchen includes such amenities as stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and tile backsplash. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The full bath also connects to the hall.

SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and its own private bath with soaking tub and separate shower. A TV and DVD player are available in this room, as well. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a trundle bed. The clever bedframe is accented with skateboard decks, and there is a flat-screen TV available in this bedroom, as well as a private bath. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community . The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
