First Floor: The living room has lagoon views, flat screen TV with DVD, and access to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has tile floors and offers seating at the counter. The dining area has seating for six and offers deck access. A bedroom with queen bed, TV with DVD, is also on this floor and has access to the hall bath.

Second Floor: The remaining two bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suite offers a king bed and TV with DVD. The third bedroom has two twins and TV with DVD.

Each Windswept Villa includes: free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. This villa is an ideally situated end unit offering fabulous views of the lagoon with unparalleled privacy. Completely updated, this villa has it all. It is perfectly located for the beach, the market, Night Heron Park and more. The owners have done a wonderful job of stocking it with everything a guest could possibly need. The ResortQuest staff was prompt, friendly and very knowledgable about the surrounding areas. We have stayed in five different properties on Kiawah and this was by far our favorite! We highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a memorable vacation!
