This thoughtfully decorated home sits right on a lagoon that wraps around two sides of yard. Located in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island, this house is a wonderful choice for a vacation, and can accommodate guests with mobility issues. The house has a ramp from the parking area to the front porch, making entry easy for everyone in the family. There are decks on both the front and rear of the home. Surfwatch Drive ends at a beach access, making for a very easy bike or walk to the beach with no major streets to cross. LIVING AREAS: The living room features tile floors and has a sleeper sofa, an entertainment center including 46 inch flat panel TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and beautiful lagoon views. Doors open onto the furnished deck, which includes a gas barbeque grill and a dining table that seats six. Inside, the dining room also has deck access, and seats up to eight guests. The dining room is separated from the kitchen by a long counter, and also includes a breakfast bar for two, a built-in wine rack, and views into the living room.

BEDROOMS: The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and includes a ceiling fan, TV with expanded tier cable, and direct access to the rear deck. The private attached bathroom includes a large stall shower that can accommodate a wheelchair. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has access to the front deck, as well as a private bath. The third bedroom features two twin beds and has a hand painted mural on the wall behind the beds. This bedroom also has a private attached bath.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
