The main living areas feature hardwood floors and are located on the first floor. The living room features a flat screen TV with DVD player, and opens on to the large deck. The dining area off the kitchen can seat eight, while the eat-in kitchen has a table that can seat six at the table and four more at the breakfast bar. A large kitchen island offers more counter space to make food preparation and service easier. The den features a flat screen TV and DVD, and offers additional living space. One of multiple bedroom suites is located on this floor. Furnished with a queen four-post bed and including a full private bath and TV with DVD/VCR combo, this suite opens onto the lagoon-view deck. A half bath is also located on this floor.

The remaining bedrooms and baths are located in on the second floor. The master suite has a king bed, and includes a flat-screen TV with VCR, and private bath featuring a whirlpool tub and separate shower. A second suite features lagoon views, a king bed, a small TV with DVD and VCR, and a private bath that has whirlpool tub and shower combination. The third upstairs bedroom has a queen four-post bed and includes a TV with DVD/VCR combo and access to a jack-and-jill bath, shared with the other upstairs bedroom. The final bedroom upstairs has three twin beds, and its own TV with VCR. A crib is also available for guest use (no crib linens provided).
