This non-smoking West Beach Village home maintains an Old World feel, with cedar shingle siding, traditional furnishings, and careful attention to detail. It is within walking distance of the beach and features a private pool - perfect for cooling off on those hot, semitropical summer days! The home features many amenities such as gas grill, wireless internet access, and hardwood floors, plus many more.

FIRST FLOOR: The two-level home features an open floor plan on the first floor with the main living areas, which is great for gathering with family and friends. The living area, with hardwood floors and vaulted, trussed ceiling, includes leather wingback chairs, and has an inconspicuous wall-mounted plasma TV and DVD/VCR combo. The living area also opens onto the furnished deck and screened porch. The screened porch has a peaceful wooded view, and a table for four, plus additional seating on a couch and bench. It opens to the furnished deck, where guests will find the private pool (10ft x 12ft and 4ft deep) which has a large seat and spa jets. Back inside the house, the gourmet kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and access to the screened porch and deck. A butcher-block island doubles as a breakfast bar, seating two guests. The dining area has seating for six for at the table. The master suite is located on the first floor and is furnished with a queen bed and has a wall-mounted flat panel TV. The luxurious master bath has garden tub and separate shower, and His and Hers vanities.

SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs is a den with TV and DVD player , and a sleeper sofa. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor. A charming queen bedroom is outfitted with its own wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and has a private bath. A second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has its own flat panel TV, plus its own private bath. The third upstairs bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and also has its own TV and private bath.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
