With fairway lagoon views, this home is located on the 9th hole of Cougar Point Golf course and is within an easy bike ride of the beach. The home features a large deck and screened porch, high speed internet access, ping pong table, plus many other amenities. With four bedrooms and five baths, this home will accommodate ten guests. LIVING AREAS: The great room has hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings with skylights. The living area includes a large flat screen TV with a DVD player and expanded tier cable. The dining area seats eight guests comfortably, and tall glass windows surround the table on two sides, allowing plenty of light, great fairway views, and access to the furnished sundeck. A granite-topped breakfast bar separates the living room from the kitchen area, and can seat three guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the long kitchen island offers more prep space. French doors open to the furnished screened porch, which includes a dining table for four. It opens to the deck, which has a gas barbeque grill and lovely views. A separate den includes a card table that can seat six, and a sofa for relaxing.

BEDROOMS: The master suite has a king bed, large flat panel TV and access to the furnished deck. This bedroom also offers a private bath with whirlpool tub and double shower. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and includes its own flat screen TV and deck access. A third bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and flat screen TV, includes a private bath. A fourth bedroom is located in the FROG. Furnished with two double beds and two twin trundles, this bedroom also has a flat screen TV and access to a balcony, plus a private bath. All baths feature granite counters.
