Located behind the second gate in Vanderhorst Plantation, this luxurious 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home with private pool offers views of Egret Pond and the 2nd fairway of Osprey Point Golf Course. The home has an open floor plan featuring hardwood floors and high ceilings. The main living areas are located on the first floor. The living area offers beautiful views of the pond and golf course and plenty of space for relaxing. The living room also opens onto the back deck via French doors. A spacious screened porch offers plenty of outdoor living space, as does the private infinity edge pool. A private outdoor shower with hot/cold water is great for a quick rinse after a day at the beach or in the pool. The gourmet kitchen features top of the line appliances with a Dacor warming drawer, Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf range with 6 burners, granite counters, and custom cabinets. A center island provides additional seating to what is available in the adjacent dining room which has access to the large screened porch. The kitchen also feature bar with a wine and beverage refrigerator along with a wet bar for entertaining. The first floor also has a bedroom with king bed and private bath, along with an office with built-in shelves, desk, fireplace and a large TV.

The second floor has three more bedrooms, including the luxurious master suite. The large master suite offers a king bed and private balcony with lagoon views. The master bath has a natural stone jetted bath. While both the remaining two bedrooms each have private baths that have granite vanities; one has a king bed, while other has queen. The third floor has an additional bedroom with Queen bed and two twin beds and queen size sleeper sofa, plus a full bathroom.
