Situated on a marsh within walking distance of a community pier, this home features two decks, a screened porch, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a whirlpool bathtub. FIRST FLOOR: A spacious living room with vaulted ceilings is flanked on one side by a decorative fireplace, and on the other by a TV and DVD player. French doors open to a large screened porch that is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The dining room seats up to eight at a farmhouse-style table. The roomy kitchen has granite counters and a central island cook top and breakfast bar with seating for two. A breakfast table for four occupies a sunny nook. The kitchen has access to the furnished screened porch, which has a door out to the furnished deck with its gas barbeque grill and table for four. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has a private bath with whirlpool and separate stall shower. A private bonus room with two twins also occupies this floor and has a half bath just outside.

SECOND FLOOR: As guests make their way up to the second floor, they will find a loft sitting area at the head of the stairs. This loft area looks down on the foyer on one side, and down into the living room on the other. There are bedrooms on both sides of the loft area. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has its own TV and private bath. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. On the other side of the upstairs landing, the fifth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with a stall shower with a sixth bedroom, also furnished with two twin beds.
