What a wonderful location! Only a block from the bike trails, and just three blocks from the beach, this contemporary home is located in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation, and features two screened porches and an open floor plan. The downstairs has hardwood floors, while the upstairs has carpet. Guests also enjoy use of a gas grill and a Jacuzzi tub. Guests also have access to wireless internet. Please note: This home will allow up to 12 guests, but only has bedding for 10 guests. Square Feet: 2500

FIRST FLOOR: The great room includes a living area with a TV and DVD player, as well as a portable CD player. The adjacent dining area seats up to ten guests at the table, while the kitchen, with its granite counters, can accommodate three more at the island breakfast bar. French doors open from the living area and kitchen onto the furnished screened porch, which has a dining table for four. One bedroom is located on the first floor, and is furnished with a queen bed, and includes a TV and access to the full hall bath. Plantation shutters along the bottom windows offer privacy while not cutting off the sunlight.

SECOND FLOOR: The master suite is located on the second floor and is furnished with a king bed. This room has its own TV with DVD player, a private screened porch, and a private full bath with double sinks, a whirlpool tub, and separate shower. Also on the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed that shares a full hall bath with a third upstairs bedroom furnished with a daybed and trundle. The final bedroom on the second floor has two twin beds and includes built-in bookcases which flank a window seat. This bedroom has a full private bath.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
