This elegant vacation home is located in a tranquil section of Kiawah Island. Surrounded by beautiful Live oak and Loblolly pine trees, this home extends a sense of privacy and seclusion, while still only being minutes away from the beach, shopping, and dining. Offering guests comfort with a sense of Continental flair, this spacious home features high speed hardwood flooring, high ceilings, ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, striking original art, wireless internet access, a screened porch, and multiple decks. FIRST FLOOR: The living room of this elegantly casual home offers a comfortable haven, with its marble-tiled gas fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and ceiling fan. A TV, VCR and DVD player and CD player offer a variety of entertainment options. Stylish French doors open to the spacious sun deck, which has a gas barbeque grill. The dining room seats eight guests, and exhibits European influences in its rich fabrics and gilt trims. The screened porch has seating for four guests, and can be accessed via French doors in the dining room. The eat-in kitchen seats two guests at the tiled breakfast counter, and features a butcher block island, built-in wine rack and high chair for little visitors. A half-bath is available off the foyer. The master bedroom is furnished with a four-poster king bed, marble-topped bedside tables, and its own TV. French doors can be opened to the deck to let in the breeze. The master bath has a double sink vanity, a tub and an extra-large shower with two separate showerheads.

SECOND FLOOR: High ceilings throughout the second floor create a feeling of spacious grace. The first upstairs bedroom is decorated with soft green accents, and furnished with two twin beds. It has access to the second floor piazza, and shares a full hall bath with the second bedroom with two twin beds, and decorated in steel gray, cranberry and mauve. This second bedroom has a sophisticated feel. The third bedroom, with black and white with red accents, is furnished with a king bed and has a crib as well. This bedroom shares a second full hall with another bedroom furnished with a king sleigh bed. This bedroom also has its own TV, and access to the piazza. The fifth bedroom on the second floor is furnished with a double bed, and decorated in sage greens and golds. A cozy den with a sleeper sofa offers another place to gather and watch TV or a video on the VCR. It also has a door to the second floor piazza. THIRD FLOOR: On the third floor is a large loft bedroom furnished with two twins, which has a small private deck.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
