Located just behind the first gate on the north side of the island, about 900 yards from the beach, this non-smoking home is a comfortable retreat in a quiet neighborhood. Guests can enjoy hardwood floors, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, and lagoon views with fairway views in the distance. This home has three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, and two full baths. FIRST FLOOR: A bright, airy living room has burnished hardwood floors and high ceilings, and includes a wood-burning fireplace and leather sofa, as well as a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. Sliding glass doors offer access to the furnished deck, which includes a little cafe table for two, and looks out over the peaceful lagoon. The formal dining room will accommodate up to six guests, and is adjacent to the modern kitchen, which opens to a breakfast area that seats four. The master suite has high ceilings, and is furnished with a queen bed. This bedroom also has its own TV, and a private full bath. A second bedroom, also furnished with a queen bed, has a ceiling fan and its own TV, and shares the full hall bath with a third bedroom, furnished with two twin beds, and including a ceiling fan and TV.

LOFT: A circular stairway leads to the loft, which looks down on the living area, and out through the tall windows in the living room to the lagoon and the distant fairway. This cozy room is furnished with a double bed and has its own TV. It has access to the full hall bath downstairs.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
