Located in Vanderhorst Plantation, this one level home features cedar shake details, hardwood floors, a large deck and wooded and lagoon views!. With four bedrooms and four baths, this home easily accommodates up to ten guests.

LIVING AREAS: With a vaulted ceiling and a hardwood floor, the living room is a great place to gather with the family. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player, and original artwork. Additionally, the living room opens to the large furnished deck that overlooks the lagoon. The lagoon view deck is also accessible through the eat-in kitchen, which is convenient for dining al fresco while enjoying the views. The kitchen itself features granite counters, hardwood floors and seating for two at the counter, as well as a breakfast nook that seats six. The kitchen is also open to the dining area, which has seating for eight guests. .

SLEEPING AREAS: The master suite with private bath features a tall four-poster king bed, double tray ceiling, wide rocking chairs, and a TV with DVD player. The master suite also has an office with wireless internet and a private bath. A second bedroom is furnished with a pencil-post queen bed, and offers a TV with VCR and a private bath. A third bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed, and offers a TV and private bath. The fourth bedroom, which is great for kids, offers two sets of bunk beds, a TV, and access to the full hall bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and peaceful wooded and lagoon views. .

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
