Ideally situated on a tranquil lagoon with fabulous views, this property just completed an extensive remodel in winter 2008 and has been decorated and refurnished professionally. The renovation includes hardwood floors, crown molding, ceiling fans, recessed lighting and a large granite island. The screened porch and deck have new furniture to just relax in or enjoy a meal while viewing a variety of birds perching on branches above the peaceful lagoon waters. The kitchen, great room and master bedroom all have lagoon views. This unit is on a cul-de-sac, which provides privacy and space for play. The free access neighborhood pool is a five-minute stroll away, and is on the way to the beach that is within an eight-minute walk. Please note: 7 night minimum rental required June - August; 4 night minimum otherwise.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, and several large windows looking out over the lagoon. Sliding glass doors access the furnished deck with gas grill, and an archway gives access to the screened porch, which seats up to four guests. A 42-inch flat panel television was installed above the new slate-enclosed fireplace, allowing viewing from the kitchen as well as the great room. The dining area seats four guests, and is open to the living room, and kitchen. The kitchen is now completely open to the living space and has granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island has seating for three guests.

The master suite is furnished with a king bed and has relaxing views of the lagoon. The recently renovated master bath has a large walk-in shower with white wood cabinetry, bead board, tile floor, and granite countertops. The front bedroom is also beautifully decorated with two twin beds. This bedroom shares access to the full hall bath with the living space, and has a shower and tub combination, granite countertop, tile floor and wood cabinets. There is a 22-inch wall-mounted flat panel TV in each bedroom. All areas have overhead fans for comfort. Guests also enjoy high-speed wireless internet access.

Each Greenslake cottage includes free parking, screened porch or sunroom, deck, free access to a community pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
