Spacious oceanfront home has a short walk through the canopy of a Live oak tree to a large sundeck and private boardwalk leading to your own beach access on Kiawah's expansive West Beach. There is a gas grill for year round use, a fair sized yard for family games, and spacious decks for lounging, sun bathing, or book reading. Decor is eclectic shabby beachside chic that is warm, comfortable and inviting. Wireless internet access, unlimited long distance calls, and digital cable provide updated amenities for your enjoyment. This five bedroom, four bath home will accommodate up to ten guests. FIRST FLOOR: This charming beachside home has a spacious formal living room with lots of natural light and deck access. The remodeled kitchen includes tile floors and granite counters, and has an island range and a breakfast nook which can seat six guests. The nearby dining room seats eight guests at a long farmhouse-style table. The den has comfortable seating and a large 32-inch TV with digital cable and premium movie channels, as well as a DVD player. The cozy den also has access to a spacious screened-in-porch which has a dining table for six, and limited ocean views due to vegetation. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and has its own TV and private bath. Ocean views over the dunes can be enjoyed from the master suite. A second bedroom furnished with two twin beds has a private bath. A third bedroom shares the full hall bath, and includes a queen bed, built-in bookshelves, and a roll-top writing desk.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has a queen bedroom and its own TV and shares the full hall bath access with a fifth bedroom furnished with two twin beds. These rooms have views of the ocean. The home's sitting room is located upstairs and includes a TV, wet bar and high window seat with ocean views.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
