Tucked away behind the second gate, in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation area of Kiawah, this contemporary home is surrounded by lots of greenery year round. FIRST FLOOR: Creamy yellow walls and warm hardwood floors surround the living room with warmth. Comfortable seating includes a sleeper sofa, and there is a TV with a DVD player and expanded tier cable. A door leads out to the furnished screened porch, which also accesses the furnished deck, which has a gas barbeque grill. Original art grace the walls and floors of this home. The eat-in kitchen has a breakfast nook which seats six, and there is a pass-through between the breakfast nook and the living room, and French doors leading to the furnished deck. The formal dining room seats eight guests. A half bath serves the family areas of this home. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed, its own TV and VCR, and a private bath with a double sink and two vanities, and a whirlpool bathtub.

SECOND FLOOR: Guests who ascend to the second floor will find two bedrooms. The first of these is a room furnished with a queen bed and TV. This bedroom shares a full hall bath with a double sink vanity with the second bedroom, which is furnished with two twin beds and has its own TV.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
