This newly renovated and luxurious 4,500 square foot custom designed 5 bedroom, 4 and a half bath, home offers beautiful views of Egret Pond which is one of Kiawah's largest lagoons and 2nd Fairway of Osprey Point off in the distance. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is located in the east wing of the house and is very private. This suite features a wall of windows with breathtaking views of the deck, pool, lagoon and golf course. It has a king size bed, sitting area with plasma TV, and its own private bathroom with a large jetted tub, separate shower, double vanity, separate toilet room and walk in closets. Also on the first floor are two additional bedrooms, which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One has a queen and one has two twins, and both have flat screen TVs.

The second floor of the home, just three steps up from the first floor, offers a large second master suite with a king-sized bed. The master bathroom has a luxurious natural stone shower and travertine-topped double vanity. The third floor includes a third master bedroom, sitting room and home theater. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a private balcony with spectacular views overlooking the deck, pool, lagoon and golf course. The master bedroom and the sitting room share a luxurious natural stone bath which includes a large shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet room. The home theater has a 75-inch TV, a sound bar, Xbox 360 with Kinect (a controller-free gaming and entertainment experience), and comfortable seating for the whole crew. With all new furniture and owners who visit often to ensure the pristine condition of this wonderful home, you'd be hard-pressed to find such a well-appointed property with so many amenities for such a great price.
