With five bedrooms, plus four and one half baths, this newly built home has plenty of space and great features. The first floor has all the main living spaces, along with the first of two master suites. The living room has hardwood floors and vaulted ceiling, along with deck access. The gourmet kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and hardwood floors. The dining area is open to the living room and kitchen creating an open flow. The first floor master suite has a king bed, deck and pool access! The private bath offers a separate tub and shower.

The second floor has the main remaining bedrooms. A second master suite boasts a king bed and access to the lagoon view screen porch and deck. The private bath has a separate shower and tub. A third bedroom has queen bedroom with deck access and shares access to Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds, deck access and shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. A den located on the second floor offers additional living space plus a sleeper sofa which provides additional bedding. The second floor screened porch is a great place to relax while enjoying the lagoon views.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
