Located in Vanderhorst Plantation, this non-smoking lagoon view home is a short bike ride from the beach. Guests enjoy such amenities as large flat screen TV, gas grill, huge kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors on the first floor, outdoor shower for a quick rinse off after being at the beach, and new furnishings throughout the home. With six bedrooms and four and a half baths, this home can accommodate up to twelve guests. The home is undergoing an extensive renovation for the 2012 rental season! FIRST FLOOR: The living room has a large screen TV and DVD player, stereo, wet bar, and plenty of seating--including a sleeper sofa. The wide deck, located off of the living room, has a gas grill, built-in seating, and beautiful lagoon views. There is a screened porch off of the deck which has a dining table that seats four. The spacious kitchen has seating for four at the counter, and a breakfast table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a double oven, an island cook top, built-in wine rack, and its own TV, as well as a writing desk. There is a sunroom just off of the kitchen, which enjoys great lagoon views. The dining room is just past the laundry room and has seating for eight. A half-bath services the family areas. The master suite, with a four-poster king bed, has a flat screen TV, a chaise, and private access to the screened porch. The master bathroom also has double sinks, a garden tub, and separate stall shower. Another sink with a long vanity is located in the dressing room outside the bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR: The additional bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second bedroom is a loft located up a short flight of steps just past the laundry room. This loft area has a king bed, spacious sitting area with its own TV and DVD player, a wet bar and refrigerator, a window seat, and private bath with a skylight above the shower. On the other side of the living room are the main stairs. At the top of the main stairs is a third bedroom furnished with two twin beds. A fourth bedroom is furnished with a king bed. This bedroom has a private bath and lagoon view. A fifth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and also has a private bath and lagoon views. At the end of the hall is a sixth bedroom, which is furnished with two trundle beds. Each of the two bedrooms furnished with twin beds must share the bathroom with one of the other two bedrooms. A sitting area outside the bedrooms has a TV and DVD player, and skylights.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
