Located behind the second gate in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation area of Kiawah Island, this home features views of the 3rd and 4th fairways of the Turtle Point golf course through a screen of trees for privacy. FIRST FLOOR: The spacious living room includes two couches, a gas fireplace with marble surround, and a flat screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. Large sliding glass doors open onto the furnished deck, which includes a gas barbeque grill and dining table for four guests, as well as seats for just lounging. The wall of sliding glass doors extends to the kitchen area, which is separated from the living area by a curved breakfast bar which seats four. The granite-topped counters add a depth to the roomy kitchen. The formal dining area will seat six guests at the custom table, made of the same material as the kitchen counters and fireplace surround. A half-bath services the family areas. The master bedroom houses a lovely queen sleigh bed, and includes a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as private access to the furnished screened porch, which also opens to the deck. The master bedroom also has a full private bath.

SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has high ceilings, its own TV and DVD player, and access to a private furnished deck. This room also has a private bath, and can function as a second master suite. The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds, and has high ceilings and a window seat tucked in between built-in bookshelves which house a selection of reading material as well as games for the whole family. This bedroom also includes a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and has a window seat and its own TV, plus a private bath.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
