A short walk to the beach, this home features access to a community pool and croquet lawn plus a view of the gazebo with a peek at the ocean. With four bedrooms and four baths, this two story home can accommodate up to eight guests. Guests enjoy access to wireless internet.

First Floor: The living room has hardwood floors and flat screen TV with DVD plus it opens onto the deck. The kitchen offers such amenities and new stainless steel appliances and granite counters (with seating for two at one of the counters). The kitchen also has access to the screened porch. The dining area, open to the kitchen and living room, has seating for eight and access to the screened porch. The deck and screened porch offer plenty of outdoor living space with the deck offer of choice of rocker, chair or hammock for you to relax in. The furnished screen porch also has ceiling fan. Three bedrooms are also located on this floor. A bedroom with queen bed and TV has access to hall bath. The remaining two bedrooms each have two twin beds and private baths.

Second Floor: The expansive master suite, with private bath and sitting area, occupies the entire second floor. It has a king bed and flat panel TV. The master bath features a whirlpool tub. The sitting area has a couch and desk. The master suite also has access to a small deck.

Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
