Located on deep water near the Isle of Palms Marina and inside the Wild Dunes Resort, this wonderful home is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach and have boating available at your back door. A 25-foot boat and trailer can fit in the garage! A short walk along the lighted bulkhead takes you to the Marina and Morgan Creek Grill, featuring beautiful waterway vistas and nightly entertainment. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away, and the 14th fairway of the Wild Dunes Links course is just across the street. Decorated with a cheerfully beach-y, fun feel, and including bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogey boards and other beach toys, and wireless internet access, this four-bedroom, four-bath home has bedding for eight guests, but will allow up to ten. FIRST FLOOR: The main living areas are on the first floor, and include a great room with high ceilings and plenty of room to relax! There is a large, well-appointed kitchen and a roomy porch with a gas barbeque grill. From the deck, you can enjoy fantastic views of the marina, the boats going by, and the sunset over Waterway Island, just across Morgan Creek. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed. It also has a full bath.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor houses the remaining bedrooms. There are two master suites upstairs. Each is furnished with a king bed, and each features a private master bath. One bath includes a two-person soaking tub, while the other has a whirlpool tub. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and also has its own private bath. A porch overlooks a traditional Charleston backyard, which contains a Live oak which is over one hundred years old. Imagine the stories that tree could tell!

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We can't say enough about this house! It has every amenity imaginable, from internet access to laundry detergent to beach chairs. We stayed here with our twin 17-month olds for a family wedding, and not only were there baby supplies already in the house, but it was also really easy to baby-proof. The owners have thought of everything to make your trip as relaxing as possible. The large back porch and view of the marina doesn't hurt, either! The ResortQuest employees were friendly and helpful, from reservations to check out. I'd recommend this company and this home to even my most particular friends.
