This charming recently renovated cottage is located on the beach side of Palm Boulevard...no streets to cross means easy beach access! Guests will enjoy Pottery Barn and Seabrook Classics furnishings, internet access, and expanded tier cable television. In addition, there is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The combination living and dining room uses cool Carribean colors to create a tranquil retreat. A comfortable seating area includes a flat-screen HDTV and DVD player. The dining table seats four, and the open kitchen is just steps away. Sliding glass doors open onto the furnished screened porch where guests can enjoy refreshing ocean breezes while enjoying dining al Fresco or just relaxing in the expanded seating area. Downstairs is a rec room which features a Foosball table and TV and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king pencil-post bed with a memory foam mattress, and includes its own HDTV and a private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and shares the hall half-bath.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
