A corner property in Grand Pavilion, the home boasts unparalleled views of the Pavilion and the Atlantic Ocean over the sand dunes, and multiple decks from which to enjoy it! The home features two oceanfront master suites, hardwood floors and ceiling fans. This five bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home has bedding for ten guests, but will allow up to twelve. FIRST FLOOR: The opulent living and dining areas are separated by architectural columns, and the rooms feature rich furnishings and wood floors. The living area has a gas fireplace with granite surround, a comfortable sectional sofa, and sliding glass doors leading out to the furnished deck. The dining area will comfortably seat eight guests, and the eat-in kitchen has seating for four more. A half bath services the living areas.

SECOND FLOOR: The second level includes the bulk of the bedrooms. A spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features a private sitting area with a loveseat and armchair, a coffee maker, and a TV. A door from the sitting area leads out to the oceanfront balcony. The private bath has a whirlpool tub which has ocean views. A second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and decorated in sunny yellow. A bedroom furnished with a queen bed is done in cheerful oranges and has its own TV, while a fourth bedroom furnished with a set of bunk beds decorated with a nautical theme. These three bedrooms share access to the full hall bath. THIRD FLOOR: The third floor has the second master suite. This room is decorated in soothing blue and white, and furnished with a king bed. A corner cafe table provides a cozy place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, while a glass-paneled door leads out to a private oceanfront balcony. The full private bath includes a whirlpool tub.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
