In the heart of Wild Dunes, 141 is the largest of the boardwalk homes with extra large living and dining area. Newly painted interior from top to bottom. View to open courtyard and shady walk to beach or to the Boardwalk pools and cabana complex. Local artwork and photography is used in much of the home. Home provides superior privacy for guests by the layout of bedrooms. This makes the boardwalk homes especially suited for families and groups of adults with different sleeping hours! All bedrooms have ceiling fans, flat screen TV's and DVD players and large bathrooms with double sinks. Square Feet: 2541

FIRST FLOOR: The living room of this comfortably casual home features hardwood floors, overhead fans, leather and upholstered furniture, flat screen TV and DVD player, CD player, games, and beach reading. Off the living area is a shady patio with seating for six. The dining room seats up to eight guests at the table with room for more with the addition of three stools from the counter which separates the kitchen, with updated granite counters, from the dining area. A bedroom furnished with two queen beds is located just past the kitchen. A large bathroom serves the bedroom and the main living area.

SECOND FLOOR: There are two large bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with two queen beds. The second bedroom has a king bed and comfortable seating area and small desk. THIRD FLOOR: The third floor is the master bedroom, and is furnished with a king bed. There is a sitting area and private balcony. The master bath has His and Hers vanities, a soaking tub, a large separate shower and a walk-in closet.

Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
