Situated in a quiet area of Wild Dunes, this custom built, professionally decorated, non-smoking home features 2,200 square feet of covered porches, ocean views, a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, wireless internet access, large flat screen TVs on each floor with HBO and DVD recorders, a whirlpool tub in the Master bath, a backyard barbecue on the small grilling patio, a shower area and dressing room adjacent to the landscaped backyard, and a private boardwalk to the beach. FIRST FLOOR: Through the mahogany front door is a two-story foyer, and dramatic ocean views, seen through two impressive sliding glass doors and an array of windows. The living area includes comfortable seating, built-in cherry bookcases, a gas fireplace, and a media center with a 36in flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and a marvelous surround sound system. A game table seats 4 and is available for a game of cards or a challenging round of chess. The living area accesses the covered deck (seats 12), which allows refuge from the sun while still providing excellent ocean views. The deck is a wonderful place to gather for morning coffee, and a great location for dining al fresco. A CD/stereo system in the living area provides music exclusively to the deck while guests relax outside. The gourmet kitchen is divided from the living area by elegant columns. It has a large granite-top center island which seats 6, a Viking 6-burner range, large Viking refrigerator, dual ovens, a wet bar with icemaker, and custom cherry cabinetry. The dining area seats 10, is adjacent to the kitchen, accesses the furnished porch, and overlooks the ocean. A bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area and 32-inch TV looks out over the ocean. Large sliding glass doors lead to the porch. This bedroom also features a private bath with a large shower and granite double vanity. A second bedroom with two twins features its own TV and fax machine, as well as a private bath. There is a half-bath off the foyer.

SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the stairs is a second living area and loft with a sleeper sofa, which features a 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound. This area utilizes a hall half-bath. Sliding glass doors lead from the second floor living area to the second story covered porch (which can also be accessed by a spiral staircase from the first story porch), which provides sweeping ocean views. The master bedroom has a king bed, boasts full ocean views, and has its own TV, VCR and DVD player. Sliding glass doors access the second story porch which seats 4. A private bath features a whirlpool tub and separate extra-large stall shower. A second upstairs bedroom with a king has beautiful ocean views, and access to the second story porch. It also includes its own TV and private bath. The third bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, has a TV and private shower, as does a fourth bedroom furnished with two bunk beds. The fifth upstairs bedroom has a twin bed, and features a private bath with stall shower. GROUND FLOOR: A large shower area and dressing room are adjacent to the landscaped backyard. Enjoy a backyard barbecue on the small grilling patio, or just sit in the sun. A private boardwalk leads either to the beach in one direction, or up to the first level porch in the other.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. This home does have access to the Wild Dunes Sports Card. This card gives guests access to resort amenities. Additional fees may apply.
