Surrounded by plenty of local foliage, and located only a block from the beach, this house is a comfortable location for your next family vacation! Guests of this non-smoking home can enjoy a screened porch, a deck, hardwood floors, skylights and ceiling fans. Sorry, no grilling on the deck or screened porch. FIRST FLOOR: Through the front door and to your left is the living room. This room features high ceilings, hardwood floors, a and plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa. There is a 46 inch high definition flat screen TV and DVD player, and sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished sundeck which has some ocean peaks between trees across the street. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen is just down a set of three steps from the living room. It has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar, which seats up to two guests. The dining area seats up to six guests at the table, and has access to the screened porch via sliding glass doors. Guests can enjoy dining outside; a table seats up to four guests. The first floor master suite is furnished with a king bed and has a TV, deck access and a private bath with stall shower and double sinks.

SECOND FLOOR: A bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and TV, plus access to a private deck with some ocean views across the street. A second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. This second bedroom has access to another small private deck via sliding glass doors. The two bedrooms share access to the full hall bath, which has a tub and shower combination.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service requires a login and password. Contact the front desk about the login information. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. This home does have access to the Wild Dunes Sports Card. This card gives guests access to resort amenities. 3 Dolphin Row is by far the best house our family has stayed in, and we have been going down for 16 years. Plenty of space and lots of cool features like the private outdoor shower under the house. Also the views are spectacular. You can see the ocean from the top queen deck! Amazing location-just a block away from the beach. We thought it would be a far walk, but the walk is about 1 minute 30 seconds. Favorite part is that it is in Wild Dunes. Wild Dunes has bike paths, pools, world class golf course, workout facilities, and tons more. If you like to relax inside, there is a very nice living room with lots of windows and a huge flat screen. We also noticed the WIFI was really fast too. Choose this house. I think you'll know what I mean!!!
