Located in the Isle of Palms Front Beach area, this newly constructed home is close to the beach, shops and dining. This professionally decorated home features a reverse floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, wireless internet, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, an elevator, 2 roof top decks, and a private pool. GROUND FLOOR: The ground level of this home has the garage, a pool table, and the laundry room.

SECOND FLOOR: There are four bedrooms on the second level; two bedrooms have 2 queens in each room as well as their own private bath. The third bedroom has a king, a queen sleeper sofa and a private bath. The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom with a king bed, private bath and deck. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD.

THIRD FLOOR: The third level of this home has a large open floor plan. The living area has a wall-mounted plasma TV with surround sound, leather couches, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar, as well as access to the deck. A small round table seats four guests, and is great for a snack or a game. The adjacent dining area has seating for up to eight guests at the table. The kitchen has a breakfast counter that seats five, and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are two additional bedrooms on this level, one with two queen beds and a private bath, and one with a king bed and a private bath.

FOURTH FLOOR: The top level of this home features a large bedroom with three queen beds. This bedroom has tile flooring, and access to the two rooftop decks. It offers a birds' eye view of the Isle of Palms, as well as a TV and DVD player. A small sitting area is off the bedroom, and has a queen-size sofa sleeper, and access to the two roof top decks. A full bath is shared by these two rooms. The rooftop decks are furnished and are a great place to relax in the sunshine. Chaise lounges are available on both sides, so guests can follow the sun. Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views can be enjoyed from this perch.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
