This newly renovated home is located close to the beach and within an easy walk to the beach access. Guest enjoy such amenities as tile floors, wireless internet access, outdoor shower, and a wood burning fireplace. The living room has all new furniture and a TV with DVD player. The living room room also opens onto the patio located at the front of the house. The dining room open offers seating for eight with additional seating at the game table that can be opened in the living room.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and shares a hall bath with the bedroom with two twin beds. A bedroom with double that opens onto the kitchen shares a hall bath with bedroom with a queen bed. A sleeper sofa located in the den offer additional bedding. Square Feet: 1850

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
