Located just 100 yards from the beach path, this single-level non-smoking home features hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. Other features are an outside shower, a furnished screened porch, a deck with gas grill, wireless internet access, and parking under the house. ONE LEVEL: The bright, spacious living room of this beautiful home is graced with a high ceiling with ceiling fan, and includes comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and an entertainment system which includes a TV, VCR and CD/stereo. The living area opens to a furnished screened porch (seats 4). The dining area (seats 6) provides easy access to a deck with gas grill, as well as the sunny eat-in kitchen (seats 6) with skylight and breakfast bar (seats 2). A cozy bedroom (2T) with a small TV and VCR shares a full hall bath with a second bedroom (D) with its own TV/VCR. The master bedroom (Q) also enjoys its own TV and VCR, a full bath with whirlpool tub and stall shower, and private door to the sun deck and screen porch.
