Check-In Location
Nestled in the crook of Hwy 98 and Santa Rosa Blvd, Waterscape is easy to find, and ResortQuest guests have the convenience of on-site check-in. You can use the Google Map at right to get directions to the ResortQuest Waterscape Front Desk from your specific location. Check-In / Check-Out InformationCheck-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, all units may not be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans between 3:00-5:00 p.m. in case your unit is not yet ready.

Font Desk Hours of OperationAlthough the ResortQuest Waterscape Front Desk hours vary by season and are subject to change, ResortQuest guests have the convenience of picking up their unit key from a secure after-hours lock box and the support of our 24-hour customer support team. Additional check-in details will be provided on your confirmation statement. So, take your time, drive safely and arrive when you can.

Other InformationParking - Waterscape provides two free garage parking spaces for each vacation condominium rented. Due to limited space, boats, trailers, RVs or Jet Skis are not allowed.
