ResortQuest TOPS'L Tides guests have the convenience of on-site check-in at TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort Guest Services Office.

The entrance to TOPS'L is located off Highway 98 West, and the check-in office is your first right after you turn into the Resort, just before you reach the security gate.

Check-In / Check-Out Information

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, all units may not be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans between 3:00-5:00 p.m. in case your unit is not yet ready.

Other Information

Parking — TOPS'L Tides offers free outdoor parking for their guests. Due to limited space, trailers, boats, RVs and jet skis are not allowed.

Tram Service — Free Tram Service is available throughout the resort.

Front Desk Hours of Operation

Although the ResortQuest TOPS'L Front Desk hours vary by season and are subject to change, ResortQuest guests have the convenience of picking up their unit key from a secure after-hours lock box and the support of our 24-hour customer support team. Current front desk hours are:

Summer Season Hours (5/27-8/6): 8:00am - 8:00pm
All Other Seasons: 8:00am - 6:00pm
