ResortQuest Sanctuary by the Sea guests check in at our Santa Rosa Beach Office, located on the ground floor of the Inn at Gulf Place. Use the Google Map at right to get driving directions to our Santa Rosa Beach Office from your specific location. Check-In/Check-Out TimesCheck-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, all units may not be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans between 3:00-5:00 p.m. in case your unit is not yet ready.

Parking — Sanctuary by the Sea offers free covered parking for up to 2 cars per condo. Boats, trailers, RVs or Jet Skis are not allowed due to limited space.
